Data usage / user profiles

The use of the contents and offers of the SBM is not evaluated per user. It is stored only by the logging of the IP address. This means that the SBM does not create personal user profiles (e.g. by making use of pseudonyms) at any point in time. The matching of your personal data with the data from the access log via the IP address for the purpose of creating a personal user profile is not possible.

If you have received access to a SBM service from your employer, only selected anonymized and aggregated usage data will be shared with the company. Conclusions on individual persons usage behaviour cannot be drawn in any way.

The utilization behaviour of all users is evaluated on the basis of the stored data exclusively in an anonymous manner and exclusively for scientific-statistical purposes as well as for the purpose of the optimization and further development of our online services. We do not pass this data on to third parties. The sale or rental of these data is also excluded.
